Kansas City International Airport, Kansas City, MO

Billed as the largest infrastructure project in Kansas City’s history, this new terminal and parking garage is being constructed within the footprint of the recently demolished Terminal A. Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the terminal will feature 39 gates (expandable up to 60) within a 1,000,000 square foot structure, and over 6100 parking spaces in the adjoining garage. The terminal will prominently feature installations from local artists throughout, offer modern amenities, food and beverage choices, services, and will also include 39 glass passenger boarding bridges, more than any other airport in the United States. Construction is expected to be completed by Spring of 2023.
