When it comes to data standard definition, data collection and validation, KTrack has years of experience. We offer that experience in a service that allows us to manage the entire process for you. We align with stakeholders across your organization, organize meetings, collect data, share progress, validate accuracy and build a handover package that was built with the owner, facility manager and contractor in mind.
For new construction, we work with general contractors and building owners to identify and validate the assets and location data detailed in the Data Standards Set for the owner or particular project. Once identified, we can collect the data and share the results with all stakeholders.
For existing facilities, our data collection team will collect and validate all of your data according to the established standards for just one facility or your entire portfolio, helping you standardize and centralize your asset data.
